Up-to-date information about the club, Rockhound Roundup and other important events will be posted here as needed. The General Meeting is held at 2pm on the 4th Thursday of every month at 4200 Raymond Reed Blvd. in Deming (next to the Southwest New Mexico State Fairgrounds). An educational program is held each month and the public is invited to attend.

The December meeting schedule is: Dec. 10th General Meeting at 2 p.m. Dec. 17th is the Christmas pot luck. Our pot luck chairperson is Monica Anderson. Contact her to volunteer to help with the cooking. Monika's number is (575)546-4655.
I know it's early, but it's time to start thinking about Roundup! If anyone would like a display case, please contact me. The people that had cases last year have first choice, but I'm sure there will be some available. Email me here.

The Society’s primary purpose is the dissemination and furtherance of knowledge of mineralogy, gem cutting and geology, and to stimulate interest in the development of these studies.
